Does anyone know where to buy the material or how to make the little baby crochet elastic headbands? - crocheted elastic wholesalers
All the small shops selling these bands, but I prefer just my own. It seems that some devices that you can get at Joann or something, but I've never seen anything like it there.

You can simply cut a strip of beautiful knitted sweater or other materials (be sure to solder) and sew in a circle fit comfortably into the head of a baby can. Spread a couple of times that the loop edge. Then they sew on a tape. Not pre-elastic material used, because it may be too narrow.
